Our boundaries are Hilltown Township line from Bucks-Montgomery County line to Township Rd. 313; to Old Bethlehem Rd.; to Township Rd. 431; to Elephant Rd.; to Township Rd. 429; to Township Rd. 396; to Stump Rd.; to Township Rd. 313; to Ferry Rd.; to Callowhill Rd. (both sides); to New Galena Rd. (both sides); to Line Lexington Rd. (both sides); to Hilltown Pike; to County Line Rd.; to Hilltown Township line. In-person ~ Call the Parish Office (215) 822-9224 to schedule an appointment during Parish Office Hours of Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Registration Form ~ Click the editable PDF Form link below. Complete the Form, save the file, and Email the Form to olsacredheart@gmail.com. Once we receive your form, then you and your family will become parishioners of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Parish.
